- Some organizations covers partly or total travel cost

Semi Elite

- Maximum 80% of participating teams are pro academy teams
- Invitation for elite teams
- Some organization covers partly or total travel cost for elite teams
- Fee and lodging packages for recreational teams

Recreational

- Usually no pro academies will participate
- Fee and lodging packages for recreational teams
